I call this Lagniappe because I wanted to tell you a little more about myself and the extraordinary life I have lived.

I was born and raised in Louisiana on a small family farm. I grew up working alongside my grandmother in the garden, cooking, taking care of the farm animals, and working in the fields. This is where I first learned about and fell in love with natural health and healing, although I didn’t know it at the time. My grandmother was and is the biggest influence in my life and I know without her unconditional love and guidance I would not be the person I am today and I would never have survived the trials I have gone throughout my life.

I am so blessed to have been married to the most wonderful man in the world and the Love of my Life for 30+ years. We have three amazing grown-ups Megan, Brittney, and Joshua; two awesome son-in-laws, Jeff and Gary, two of the sweetest granddaughters anyone could ever ask for, Lauren and Meggie (I’m only slightly prejudice), and countless friend, all over the world.

We have lived the Military life for 29 years and been privileged to travel the United States and the world, as a family. We have lived in eight different states (one twice), moved thirteen times, and its been an adventure. My husband enlisted in the Air Force when we were expecting our second child and has earned the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. We have served our country as a couple and a family and will retire in beautiful North Carolina soon. I have loved the traveling, meeting new people, seeing different parts of the country and world and I’m ready for the next chapter.

The plan for our next chapter is to travel the US and the world, motorcycle in tow, for me to pursue my dream of speaking full-time and traveling. I have always enjoyed speaking, meeting new people, learning, and exploring. I wouldn’t trade a minute of our military adventure, but I’m ready for the next adventure and a change. I know that must sound strange for someone who has been on the go most of my adult life, but it’s my turn to make my dreams come true.

The truth of the matter is

I am a very outgoing, fun-loving person, who has lived an exciting and sometimes challenging life. My true calling and desire is to share my experiences as a military wife, mother, entrepreneur, abuse survivor, fibromyalgia and chronic illness over-comer with the world. I have as many wonderful memories as I do scares and I want to help others realize their potential and gain True Transformation, Healing, and freedom. I would love to talk to you more, so Get in Touch!
